The person needs CUT MAKE AND TRIM experience as they need to manage and reconcile fabric and trims stocks worth over $1M and BOTH LOCAL AND OFF-SHORE experience. The role is very much in front of the computer and is admin based. No technical experience required. Its more operations based as you raise orders, chase the bulk and problem solve. No design or creative required. WE ARE SEEKING A PERSON WITH EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

INVENTORY PLANNER/QUICK REPLENISHMENT/STOCK OPERATIONS MANAGER

Inventory Planner/Quick Replenishment
You will be expected to effectively and efficiently operate an in-house inventory management system,  ensuring inventory availability, improving customer and supplier service levels, optimizing delivery time lines and stock holdings.
A key focus is on minimizing the cost associated with stock holding and wastage, as well as improving supply chain integration within the business and with key customers.
 
Key responsibilities include:

·      
   Actively manage the inventory planning and stock replenishment process
·         Monitor stock control reports for consumption and variances
·        ·         Liaise with stakeholders in relation to inventory movements and requirements
·         Maintain master data, and support end users
·         Contribute to the development and maintenance of inventory management policies and procedures
·         Improve customer experience and satisfaction
Ensure stock is managed and stock rotation requirements are monitored
 
Required skills and experience:

·         Experience in stock management and distribution
·         Sound knowledge of warehouse principles
·         Solid practical process and workflow management experience
·         Experience in KPI and budget management disciplines
·         Excellent MS Office and MS Excel
·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·         Strong service orientation
·         Excellent organisational and time management skills
·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
·         Ability to work as a team member and lead by example
