They are seeking a candidate with excellent organisational skills.The Operations Coordinator oversees the process between receiving an order and dispatching it.
The Position includes:

• Processing an incoming order
• Placing orders with suppliers
• Placing orders with the tags and label manufacturers
• Coordination between the different suppliers
• Follow up the different stages (i.e. approval of PPS, delivery samples etc.)
• Liaising with the freight people, organising shipments and follow their progress.
• Supervising the receive of the goods
• Preparing delivery schedule
• Adhering and updating our internal systems
• We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

The suitable candidate would be required to work with the Designer in developing two seasonal ranges each year with product development for majors as required.

·        Input all style information into AP21 including style number, colours, fabric and trim details, colour ways

·        Storyboards for majors

·        Attend fitting sessions for overseas sample and proto garments

·        Sketch all garments in Illustrator – must be proficient in Illustrator
