-         Answering all incoming calls.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Experience in quality assurance/quality control
Strong computer skills including Excel/Outlook/Word
Ability to measure garments to specifications and grading for fit approval, pre-shipment and bulk production
Experience in coordinating fit samples

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee local rework and corrective action
Approval of pre-shipment samples and bulk production
Attend fit sessions and communicate amendments to manufacturers
Measure and inspect bulk goods and compare shipment sample to bulk at the warehouse, presser & suppliers
Preparation and follow up of technical production packs
QA inspections and 1st sample approvals
Conduct quality inspections for bulk deliveries
Coordinate with suppliers, design and production to achieve on time deliveries of 1st quality merchandise

You will have a support staff of a very experienced designer who possesses excellent understanding of the current account and a strong design background with photoshop and illustrator skills.

Research specific retail account's product base, identify items the you recommend are appropriate, develop and prepare excellent presentations for the accounts. Liaise and develop relationships and know how to close deals.
