                    <description><![CDATA[<p>Our client is one of Australia&#8217;s largest suppliers of Workwear and Accessories to all sectors in Australia.  We are seeking an experienced Product Co-ordinator to ensure a seamless process for the Production Manager and Director in managing the processes from Product, through Sales and Production to Delivery.</p>
<p>Position ROLE:</p>
<p>To support and enhance the quality, development, and delivery of brands through effective coordination of indent orders, production processes, and supplier communication.</p>
<p>INDENT ORDERS:</p>
<p>Assist Sales Representatives with indent quotations by chasing and correcting required information to complete indent briefs accurately.<br />
Modify and refine indent briefs to ensure clarity and completeness before submission to factories.<br />
Send indent briefs to factories, follow up on responses in a timely manner, and negotiate pricing where required.<br />
Submit factory quotations to the General Manager for pricing approval.<br />
Upon receipt of customer orders, verify all details including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates to ensure accuracy.<br />
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and Order Requests (ORs) in the system. Once approved by the General Manager, issue POs to factories and update indent order status accordingly.<br />
Follow up with factories for submissions and review submissions thoroughly prior to sending to customers.<br />
Issue submissions to Sales Representatives or customers and follow up on feedback and approvals.<br />
Monitor delivery timelines to ensure orders are shipped on schedule.<br />
Prepare indent order inspection packages for overseas QA inspections.<br />
Advise Sales Representatives of final shipped quantities and liaise with factories regarding any overages or shortages exceeding 5%.<br />
Distribute weekly indent status reports to Sales Representatives and Management.<br />
Liaise with Sales Representatives and factories regarding special delivery requirements.<br />
Escalate and consult with the General Manager on bulk quality issues and provide recommendations to resolve problems.<br />
Provide product recommendations to Sales Representatives regarding styling, fabrication, and functionality to suit customer requirements.</p>
<p>PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS:</p>

<td width="648">Standard corporate hours with an average of 40 hours per week, generally 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday although additional hours may be required to deliver on role expectations. Requirement to attend after work events and training sessions as required.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>As a dynamic and motivated <strong>Sales Rep,</strong> you&#8217;ll represent <strong>a portfolio</strong> of <strong>leading apparel brands.</strong></p>
<p>This is a client-facing role involving regular onsite visits, showroom appointments, and remote customer engagement via phone and email.</p>
<p>While experience in the garment industry is a plus, <strong>full product training and client introductions will be provided</strong>.</p>

<li>Stay up to date on new product lines and market developments</li>
<li>Accurately maintain client information and interactions in a CRM system</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills / Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven success in sales/account management, ideally within a high-volume consumer or apparel industry</li>
<li>Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organisational skills</li>
<li><strong>A valid Driver&#8217;s Licence is essential</strong></li>
</ul>
