We are hunting for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who loves fashion!

The company is a Melbourne-based Australian fashion label that designs quality, playful women’s clothing in luxury natural fibres. This fashion powerhouse is customer-obsessed selling directly online, via our flagship boutique and high-end retail storefront partners.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

● Creation, scheduling and reporting of edm’s and social media content (Klaviyo & Later)

● Support the online store and marketing team with timely and relevant promotional creatives.

● Assist with organisation and execution of photoshoots, studio and location.

● Creation of point-of-sale promotional material for the flagship boutique.

With your natural flair for design and attention to market trends you will work closely with the marketing, customer service and design teams to create on-brand, effective content.

Skills

● Graduate degree in Marketing or Design with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

● Proficient (advanced) in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● EDM and online design tools (Klaviyo )

● Knowledge of e-commerce programs and functionality (Shopify)

● Understanding of social media platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and marketing automation.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and willingness to learn.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Video editing skills advantageous (CapCut, Imovie, Premier Pro)

 

About you

We’re looking for someone with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a flair and appreciation for design and fashion. This hands-on role will require the successful applicant to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work well under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines. Flexibility and organisational skills are essential in this varied and fast-paced environment.

 

● 1 -2 years experience in a similar role.

● Highly organised, managing various responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.

● Excellent communication skills

● Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo, Later experience required.

● Be able to work both independently and within a team environment.

● Fashion or retail experience a bonus.

Salary $65,000-$70,000 plus super
