Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Data Set-Up

  • Create and maintain product information in the company’s internal systems, including style details, colour options, and sizing.
  • Ensure all product records are accurate and complete so orders can be raised without delay.

2. Production Tracking & Supplier Coordination

  • Maintain up-to-date production timelines for each supplier and monitor progress on every order.
  • Regularly communicate with suppliers via email, calls, or meetings to confirm status updates (e.g., materials received, approvals completed, samples in progress).
  • Flag potential delays early and ensure information is passed on to internal teams.

3. Barcode Management

  • Issue barcode files to relevant suppliers.
  • Validate barcode data to ensure accuracy and proper scanning.

4. Sample Management

  • Order product samples as required and coordinate sample delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams (such as Marketing) to ensure all sample needs are met for photography or campaign preparation.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update production schedules and internal launch documents to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Lead or contribute to regular WIP (work-in-progress) meetings with both internal departments and external partners.
  • Support the operations team with delivery updates and changes as needed.
  • Liaise with Off-Shore Manufacturers
  • Work closely with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order movement, correct documentation, and timely payments.
  • Assist with resolving production-related issues, raising PO adjustments, and ensuring adherence to packaging and product standards.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of production processes and documentation.

Salary

  • $75,000 plus superannuation.
  • Clothing/Fashion Essential and Product/Offshore Manufacturer Liaison Experience Preferred.
