Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for our client who sells sportswear.

POSITION                     :           Sales Executive.

REPORTS TO                 :           National Sales Manager.

SUMMARY:

Maximise sales within the allocated customer base.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales and account management experience in a high volume consumer industry.

  • Ability to build business relationships through providing excellence in customer service.
  • Possess a strong sales drive to achieve and exceed financial targets.

  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES

  • Represent the company and its brands with honesty and integrity.
  • Understand and respect customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop realistic budgets for the month and year by the customer.
  • Monitor customer’s sales performance ensuring they achieve their monthly and annual budgets
  • Product training of new account customers.
  • New range introductions to all customers.
  • Provide ongoing sales results reports to Head Office.
  • Advise new: product, trends, customer opportunities and industry information to Head Office
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Execute special projects.
  • Maintain daily CRM database.
  • Seek large ex-stock opportunities, successfully manage and close.
  • Develop and sell direct indent requirements.
  • Collaboratively develop and execute customer promotional stock campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer
