We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Account Manager to join their team. This role requires a blend of sales expertise in the uniform/apparel industry, client management skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. You will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing relationships, managing accounts, and promoting our range of uniform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with existing customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact and advocate for your group of clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to propose suitable uniform solutions that align with their brand identity and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Be data driven; monitor account performance, track sales metrics, and prepare regular reports on account status.
  • Proactively resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the client lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevant role in the apparel or promotional products industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate and close deals.
  • Proven experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (we use HubSpot) and Google Workspace
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a knack for delivering outstanding customer service.
